Today, the Mayor cut the ribbon at the District of Columbia International (DCI) and Latin American Montessori Bilingual (LAMB) Public Charter Schools, officially opening the first public building on the Parks at Walter Reed, formerly the Walter Reed Army Medical Center campus.
