South Irving Street Group Home

The new Net Zero Energy group home will consist of a single-family residence and site improvement work. The new residence will be the primary home for Arlington adults with developmental disabilities. The new home will be constructed to meet the changing needs of the residents across their lifespans, regardless of physical and behavioral support needs. The house will contain six bedrooms, areas for daytime and nighttime staff, an open kitchen layout, communal living spaces, private outdoor spaces, and various energy-efficient elements.
