Washington Latin Public Charter School – New Gym Addition

MCN Build constructed an 11,000 SF gym addition to Washington Latin Public Charter School. The new gymnasium was the first building in Washington, DC to use Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), a sustainable and cost-effective building system. Construction occurred while the school was occupied, and the building is LEED Gold Certified.
