The Triumph – Ward 8 Short-Term Family Housing Facility

MCN Build constructed The Triumph, a new 36,000 SF short-term family housing facility in Ward 8. The building includes computer labs, administrative space, dedicated outdoor playground, indoor recreation space, and a homework/study lounge for residents and supports 50 families experiencing homelessness. Named by the community, the state-of-the-art facility a part of an impetus by the Mayor and the DC Council to provide short-term family housing in every ward in the city. The project is seeking LEED Gold Certification.
