MCN is honored to have been awarded the design-build project for Arthur Richards PK-8 School – the territory’s first new school in decades.
This project will create an estimated 135,400 SF learning space for a capacity of 1,300 students. The new school will be constructed at the former site of the Evelyn Williams campus. By implementing the “School-within-a-School” concept and creating Learning Neighborhoods, students will benefit from flexible spaces tailored to different instructional modalities. The schools of the future will support authentic project-based learning, differentiated instruction, and social and emotional learning.
