MCN was awarded the 201-unit, multi-family Hampton Park Parcel 10 Apartments within the development. The scope of work includes demolishing the existing two-story mall and constructing a four-story residential apartment building with a semi-attached two-story precast garage. Hampton Park is a real estate development located in Capitol Heights, Maryland, that is envisioned as a mixed-use development project on the 25-acre site formerly known as Hampton Mall.
