KIPP DC Legacy College Prep & Ferebee Hope Recreation Center

MCN Build constructed the co-located KIPP DC Legacy College Prep and Ferebee Hope Recreation Center. This brand new state-of-the-art high school prepares 800 students for success in college, careers, and life. The project also created a new, cutting-edge community and recreation center, which houses an indoor pool, multipurpose space, and gymnasium. This project is seeking LEED Gold Certification.
