Mary E. Rodman Elementary School
The Mary E Rodman Elementary School project involved a renovation and addition that transformed the 1950s building into a top-tier educational facility. The scope of work included a full gut and renovation to the original structure and additions to meet programmatic needs while providing a welcoming entrance along W. Mulberry Street.
The modernization incorporated updated curriculum spaces such as open collaboration learning spaces, state-of-the-art interactive technology, and expanded stage and cafetorium spaces. MCN Build worked with SEI, MSA, and the 21st Century to incorporate over $1M in value engineering to meet the overall program budget needs. This project is seeking LEED Gold Certification.
