Parkway Overlook Apartments

This 232,000 SF, 220-unit apartment complex project involved the renovation of nine buildings, eight of which are residential and one community building. Parkway Overlook Apartments is one of 13 projects that the Mayor selected to provide nearly 1,200 units of affordable housing in Washington, DC.
