Powell Elementary School

The multi-phased Powell Elementary School project delivered four separate buildings, totaling 81,000 SF. MCN Build renovated historic Buildings A and B on the campus, working in coordination with the D.C. State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the Federal Commission of Fine Arts (CFA) and subsequently constructed two more, Buildings C and D. These facilities are seeking LEED Gold Certification.
